Thank you for shopping with Avorae. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. If we experience unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email if that happens.

2. Shipping time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–12 days depending on destination and local customs processing. Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date, and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays outside our control.

3. Shipping rates
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge added at checkout.

4. Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. You can also follow your order using Track Your Order in the site menu.

5. Customs, duties and taxes
We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or local customs office on delivery. Check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

6. Incorrect shipping addresses
Please verify your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided. Contact us immediately if you spot an error — we cannot guarantee changes once an order ships.

7. Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not liable for delays from customs, natural disasters, or other events outside our control, but we will help resolve issues where we can.

8. Multiple items and split shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times under one order confirmation, at no extra cost to you.

9. Returns
